With over 30+ years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, Darren has built a strong foundation in operations and regulatory compliance. He has held key roles as Production Foreman, Operations Manager, and currently serves as Acting COO of a junior oil and gas producer. At OPX, Darren oversees the development and delivery of regulatory products, ensuring clients receive high-quality compliance solutions.
Kenton has 20+ years of experience providing regulatory compliance solutions to the natural resources industry. He has worked more than 100 companies with training, implementation, and ongoing regulatory support for corporate executives, managers, supervisors, and field personnel. Prior to his role as VP Business Development, Kenton held several key roles in the oil & and gas sector, including Business Development Manager, Account Manager, and HSE Advisor.

Gaston has 30 years of experience in health and safety, as well as auditing experience spanning 28 years in all possible industries, from oil and gas to logistics.

Kaja places a strong emphasis on bridging critical communication gaps, building a team approach, and tailoring HSE support specific to a project or company’s objectives.
